Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Alice, founder of Fusion Leverage AI.
With over 18 years of experience at the University of Waterloo, I have supported teams in administration, project coordination, training, and operations — helping people stay organized and manage busy workflows.
I have completed formal training and am certified as an AI Consultant, Data Strategist, and AI Implementer (Level 1), allowing me to design practical, responsible technology solutions that support real-world workflows. I am also currently completing certification in AI-Assisted Leadership and Cultural Technology Adoption, with a focus on helping teams adopt technology with confidence and clarity.
Today, I work with healthcare office teams to improve workflow clarity and reduce scheduling stress.
I am currently collaborating with a dental office manager to develop practical workflow tools designed for real clinical environments.

As someone who relies on healthcare services, I deeply value the care professionals provide. My goal is to support their workflows so they can focus on patients — and create space for their own well-being.
